What warranty is included with Versus Desktops?
All Versus Desktops come with a Versus Lifetime Support and a 90 day top to bottom system warranty that covers any and all manufacturer defects and/or faulty components. If you experience any issues within 90 days of your initial purchase, we will diagnose and repair the problem free of charge. If you have an issue after the initial 90 days, Versus Lifetime Support still has you covered.
What is Versus Lifetime Support?
All Versus desktops come with Versus Lifetime Support, a program designed to keep your system running at peak performance for years to come, without the hassle of having to work on the system yourself. Lifetime support includes RMA assistance, direct troubleshooting support and unlimited free labor for as long as you have the system.
What Support is Provided for Hardware and Accessories?
All hardware and accessories sold by Versus Performance computing retains its original manufacturer warranty. In addition tho the original manufacturer warranty, Versus offers RMA Assistance and Direct Troubleshooting support on all hardware purchased through us.
What is Versus RMA Assistance?
If anything purchased from us fails under its original manufacturer warranty, Versus Performance Computing will handle the RMA process free of charge. We will diagnose the problem, file an RMA request with the manufacturer to have the faulty component(s) replaced, and install or return the new working component(s) once the RMA request is approved and completed.
