What is the build time for a custom desktop from Versus?
Versus-PC prides itself on delivering high quality custom desktops in a timely fashion; no more waiting months for your new desktop. Build times however do vary due to hardware availability. Barring any out of stock items or shipping delays on special ordered components, custom desktop build times range from two to five days depending on the complexity of the machine.
Does Versus offer personalized desktop builds?
Versus-PC offers both personalized gaming desktops and workstations of all performance levels. Are hardware substitutions available on Pre-Built desktop models?
Flexibility is one of the core values of Versus-PC. With that said however, only basic substitutions like GPU, storage options, and memory can be made without charge. If you would like something similar to one of our pre built gaming desktops or workstations, but none of them are quite what you are looking for, explore out our Custom Gaming Desktops and Custom Workstations pages. If you have a question regarding a possible substitution or modification, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can Versus supply parts that are not currently available on the website?
Versus-PC is able to order virtually any computer related components, from desktop hardware to accessories and displays, please just contact us and we will do our best to get you what you need!
How are desktops shipped; what precautions are taken to ensure it arrives intact?
All Versus-PC desktops are shipped in the box that the case originally came in, with all factory packaging and padding to ensure protection during transit. The graphics card, instruction manual, and accessories are shipped in a second box free of charge to prevent any possible damages.
What shipping carriers are available?
We ship using UPS or FedEX. Depending on the dimensions and destination of the package one or both options will be shown at checkout. Please contact us if you would like your shipment to be insured.
No shipping options are available to my location, what should I do?
Please contact us if you have any special shipping needs or are located outside of the continental United States, as our standard shipping rates will not apply, however we will gladly work with you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipment method chosen upon checkout. Most orders ship within two business days of being ordered. If you need something more urgently, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What warranty is included with Versus Desktops?
All Versus Desktops come with a Versus Lifetime Support and a 90 day top to bottom system warranty that covers any and all manufacturer defects and/or faulty components. If you experience any issues within 90 days of your initial purchase, we will diagnose and repair the problem free of charge. If you have an issue after the initial 90 days, Versus Lifetime Support still has you covered.
What is Versus Lifetime Support?
All Versus desktops come with Versus Lifetime Support, a program designed to keep your system running at peak performance for years to come, without the hassle of having to work on the system yourself. Versus Lifetime Support includes RMA assistance, Direct Troubleshooting and unlimited free labor for as long as you have the system.
What Support is Provided for Hardware and Accessories?
All hardware and accessories sold by Versus Performance computing retains its original manufacturer warranty. In addition tho the original manufacturer warranty, Versus offers RMA Assistance and Direct Troubleshooting support on all hardware purchased through us.
What is Versus RMA Assistance?
If any component purchased from Versus fails under its original manufacturer warranty, Versus Performance Computing will handle the RMA process free of charge. We will diagnose the problem, file an RMA request with the manufacturer to have the faulty component(s) replaced, and install or return the new working component(s) once the RMA request is approved and completed.
I have a question about something I purchased, what should I do?
Versus offers US based direct support for the as long as you have your system as a part of Versus Lifetime Support. If you have any issues with your system, questions, or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the Versus return policy?
Most unopened items can be returned within 15 days of original purchase for a store credit. Please review our refund policy for more details.
Something I ordered isn't working properly, what should I do?
If something you ordered is malfunctioning, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help to resolve the issue. Faulty components can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for the same item. Please review our refund policy for details.
